Judge McCarthy recently received an advisory warning of a new hallucinogen synthetic drug - called 251. The advisory from Jackson Municipal Court advises that the substance is white or ivory powdered or comes as a clear liquid. Most commonly used in liquid form it is put on strips, temporary tattoo stickers, etc. so it can be licked. It is also snorted in powder form. Sometimes referred to as synthetic acid. It causes severe hallucinations.
